Terms of Service
Effective August 1, 2026
These terms govern Zenith (zenithresell.com) and its affiliated tools: the OrderLens email order-parsing engine and the Zenith ACO Manager Discord application (the "Bot"). By creating an account, subscribing, adding the Bot to a server, or submitting profiles through an ACO link, you accept them. Contact: ZenithSupport@elbowsaio.com.
1. What Zenith is
Zenith is business software for resellers: inventory and order records built from your order emails (via a read-only Gmail connection you authorize, or emails you forward), market pricing, profit and tax estimates, shipment tracking, release and jig analytics, and tools for Auto Checkout Providers. Zenith does not perform checkouts, run bots, buy products, or interact with any retailer on your behalf. It records and analyzes activity that you and your tools generate.
2. Your account
You sign in with Discord and are responsible for activity under your account. Workspace owners may grant teammates access (including, separately, ACO dashboard access) and may revoke it at any time; teammates act under the owner's responsibility. You must meet Discord's minimum age requirements.
3. Subscriptions and billing
- Every plan starts with a 5-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not billed; otherwise the subscription begins automatically when the trial does end.
- Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe at the price shown at checkout, and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel any time via the billing portal in Settings; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires.
- Prices and included features may change; changes apply from your next renewal.
4. Your data and our access
Your business data belongs to you. You grant Zenith the license needed to store, process, and display it to operate the service — parsing your forwarded emails, matching webhooks, computing analytics, and producing exports. Handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Accuracy — read this one
OrderLens and the Bot parse third-party formats (retailer emails, bot webhooks) on a best-effort basis. Formats change without notice. Zenith does not guarantee that every order or checkout is captured, every field is correct, or every event is matched to the right record. Prices, profit, points, and tax figures are estimates for your information — not accounting, tax, or legal advice; confirm important numbers with a professional. Manual values you enter always take precedence over automated ones.
6. Acceptable use
- Don't use Zenith for unlawful activity, or to process data you have no right to process.
- Don't probe, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service, inject false webhook data, or attempt to access other workspaces.
- Don't resell access to Zenith or the Bot without written permission.
- Only store credentials on the Accounts page for accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
- You are responsible for your own compliance with the terms of retailers, marketplaces, Discord, and any automation tools you use. Zenith is independent software and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc., any retailer, or any automation-tool vendor; all names are their owners' trademarks.
7. The Discord Bot
Adding the Bot to a server or designating a channel with /watch add constitutes acceptance of these terms. Only server administrators can designate channels. By designating one you represent that you have authority over it, that its webhooks relate to your own workspace's activity, and — where they concern checkouts performed for others — that you have obtained any consent required to process that information. You may remove the Bot or a channel at any time, which stops collection immediately. Zenith may suspend the Bot for any server or workspace, including where required by Discord policy.
Direct messages: the Bot sends DMs only to users who opted in on their provider's submission page, only about their own checkouts (secured, declined, or cancelled), and either party can end them at any time — unticking the checkbox stops delivery immediately, including anything already queued. Using the Bot to message non-consenting users is prohibited and technically prevented.
8. ACO features
If you are a provider
- Your submission link collects your customers' profile data, including encrypted card details, on your instruction. You are responsible for your relationship with your customers: obtaining their consent, safeguarding every export you download, honoring their deletion requests, and complying with the card networks' and the law's requirements for handling payment data.
- PAS (pay-after-success) amounts are records between you and your customers. Zenith computes and tracks them but is not a party to, and does not move money for, those payments.
- Checkout attribution is automated matching on profile names and release details, and can be wrong; review before charging anyone.
If you are a provider's customer
Submitting a profile shares it with that provider, not with other Zenith users. Zenith stores it (cards encrypted), shows it to the provider, and includes it in the provider's exports. Your arrangement — fees, results, refunds — is with the provider. You can edit or delete your submissions at any time from the same link.
9. Termination
You may stop using Zenith and cancel at any time. Zenith may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or create risk for other users, and may discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical. On account deletion, your data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers and liability
Zenith, OrderLens, and the Bot are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenith's aggregate liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid Zenith in the 12 months preceding the claim, and Zenith is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits, missed drops, cancelled orders, or decisions made in reliance on parsed or estimated data.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here (and, for Bot-specific changes, announced via the site or support server) with a new effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
